Job Responsibilities:
- Specialize in onboarding and managing recruiters for our live-streaming platform.
- Lead broadcaster recruitment and provide training and guidance to creators.
- Plan and execute local online events and monitor event performance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Business development experience is a plus
- Adaptability to an international work environment
- Strong local network connections
Salary: PKR 120,00-150,00 per month, plus additional benefits.
