Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Expert to join our team at Ciel Technology. The ideal candidate must have knowledge in proposal writing and have connections in the IT industry. You should have a proven track record of generating leads, bidding off-site and on-site platforms like Linkedin and Upwork, and successfully closing deals. As a Business Development Expert, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to increase leads and revenue
- Research and identify potential clients through various sources, including Upwork and other bidding sites
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and negotiate deals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Track and report on business development activities and results
- Stay current with market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the software industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals off-site and on-site
- Experience with bidding on sites such as Upwork
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
