Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Lodhran. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales lead follow-ups, client communications and relation management, market research, generating new leads, handling freelance platforms (UPWORK), and creating proposals for clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to identify, report, and track relevant metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective lead generation and customer relationship management
- Proven experience in lead generation and Customer Service
- Ability to conduct Market Research to identify business opportunities and gain a competitive advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proven experience in creating proposals for clients and effectively communicating with clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience required as a business development manager
Qualifications in software development, data analysis, or experience in the tech industry would also be beneficial for the role.
