Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling proposals on Upwork, leveraging one year of experience, to secure new projects for PegaSync.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Monitor Upwork trends and competition to refine bidding strategies.
- Maintain a strong Upwork profile and positive client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder with a minimum of one year in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into winning proposals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Technology Stacks and Frameworks.
