Job Description
PikesSoft is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in using Upwork bidding, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
- Identify and bid on Upwork jobs, build client relationships.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads.
- Execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams to develop sales materials.
- Track and analyze key metrics for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Business, Marketing, or related degree.
- 1-2 years of business development or sales experience.
- Expertise in Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing.
