Job Description
UrApp Technologies is seeking a proficient candidate to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. The primary responsibilities include lead generation, project acquisition, and enhancing our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and cultivating sales leads using various methods like networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Contacting potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and business proposals.
- Establishing relationships with potential clients and conducting online research for lead identification.
- Managing a client pipeline and utilizing software to track leads and sales.
Requirements and Skills:
- 3-4 years of business development experience, preferably in IT/B2B sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and proficiency in deal closure.
- Proficient in writing and customizing outreach templates.
- Excellent communication skills, MS Office knowledge, and self-motivated attitude.
