Job Description:
As a Business Development Specialist, your main responsibility will be selling property units. You will meet clients, understand their requirements, and provide demonstrations to ensure successful deal closures. Effective communication and exceptional customer service are essential as you represent our company and strive to provide a seamless experience for every customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand clients’ requirements
- Brief clients about relevant property units
- Provide demonstrations and conduct site visits
- Follow up with clients to understand evolving requirements
- Maintain a good relationship with clients
Requirements:
- Educational background to degree level or equivalent practical experience
- Passion for sales, excellence, and customer service
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication skills
