Job Description
The Business Development Lead at Kamayi will spearhead efforts to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities. This role entails building strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders, while enhancing existing partnerships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to drive growth.
- Approach potential clients and partners to generate new business.
- Create compelling presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry developments.
- Analyze competitors and market trends to refine business strategies.
You will collaborate with the Business Development Consultant based in the US.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
