Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Team Lead to join our newly established Medical Billing campaign at The Firme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client acquisition from the USA, team management, training, and achieving sales targets in the Medical Billing sector.
Responsibilities include leading the team, implementing sales strategies, and building relationships with healthcare providers. Qualifications require proven experience in Medical Billing, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to train BD teams.
