Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Executive located in Lahore. The Business Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail and consumer banking products and services offered by the bank. This includes managing the corporate banking portfolio, investment banking, and SME and Agriculture lending programs in urban and rural centers. Additionally, the Business Executive will work to expand and maintain HBL’s presence in international markets.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in retail and consumer banking operations
- Experience in corporate and investment banking
- Familiarity with SME and Agriculture lending programs
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess business performance
- Experience in international markets is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
