Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of its global client, is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer with expertise in Power BI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Power BI experience, covering report creation, data modeling, and DAX.
- Proficient in Power BI tools like Desktop, Service, Dataflows, and Power Query.
- Advanced DAX skills for complex calculations.
- Knowledge of SQL, database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle ADW), data integration, and ETL processes.
- Strong background in data modeling with star schema design.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Project management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar Power BI certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Python for advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, and their integration into Power BI.
