Job Description
Ibex, for one of its global clients, is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst (Oracle B2B Fusion Cloud). The shortlisted candidate will be part of the team responsible for assembling large sets of data and information from various sources into meaningful insights that produce clear action items. This position will take data and make it meaningful for clients as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dashboards and reporting for clients using large sets of data and multiple sources.
- Ensure that data represents visually insightful business information with clear recommended action items that drive performance and improved results.
- Suggest and create new or unique ways to view business results that drive outstanding performance.
- Confer with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and gather suggestions for improvements.
- Evaluate findings, using knowledge of workflow, operating practices, and record retention schedules.
- Create reports showcasing data on support responses, breaches, and dispatch including the status of each SR (Service Request).
- Create a dashboard that determines work orders scheduled and forecast.
- Create a status report that allows stakeholders to see the open installation ticket, which will help in assisting with forecasting new projects and increased volume.
- Create various reports, including Historical reporting, Handling time reporting, and KPIs metrics reporting (Agent performance reporting).
- Prepare and issue instructions concerning the generation, completion, and distribution of reports according to new or revised practices, procedures, or policies of reports management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Must have strong experience in Oracle transactional business intelligence tools.
- Working knowledge in Oracle B2B Fusion Cloud, Advanced MS Excel, SQL, PowerBI.
- Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Very strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in the EST time zone (Evening/night shifts).
