Job Description
We are in search of an exceptional and results-oriented Manager of Business Intelligence who can build the BI from the scratch and help us to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. We are seeking a strong and strategic leader who can take our BI initiatives to the next level, ensuring that data and analytics play a pivotal role in our business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic BI roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring continuous enhancement and evolution.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the development of robust data models and efficient ETL processes to fuel our data warehouse.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide critical insights to our stakeholders and ensure timely report delivery.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Manage the integration of data from various sources to create a comprehensive and unified view of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and proactively provide actionable insights to support their initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging BI technologies and tools, making recommendations to enhance our BI capabilities.
- Monitor and optimize BI solutions for speed, scalability, and reliability to ensure consistent high performance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in business intelligence and data analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization techniques.
- Exceptional knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and data manipulation languages.
- Strong understanding of data security and governance practices.
- Proven project management skills to ensure successful BI project implementations.
