Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of analysts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports and analysis
- Design and develop data models, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence tools
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on business performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide actionable insights to drive growth and profitability
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence to drive innovation and process improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders
