PayPro is disrupting the digital payments facilitation space in Pakistan, primarily in the education sector, followed by large and small businesses. PayPro enables merchants to accept payment from local and international card schemes. The company is trusted by over 1200 established enterprises, accepting payments from 150,00+ consumers.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Manager based in Islamabad. As a Business Manager, you will lead and manage the sales and business development teams. You will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue, expand market share, and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to identify and address emerging market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
  • Experience in the digital payments facilitation space is a plus.
  • Experience working with education institutes or businesses is a plus.
  • Experience in a multinational firm is a plus.
