Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Business Manager role located in Lahore. A Business Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operational management of YKOP Solutions, including managing the company’s financial and human resources. In addition to overseeing the company’s administrative and operational functions, the Business Manager will also develop and implement strategies to improve the company’s financial performance and growth.
Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business development and strategic planning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial software and tools such as QuickBooks and Excel.
- 3-5 years of experience in managerial role.
