About the Team:
The Team is a cutting-edge insurance technology company that provides cost-effective property coverage with just a few clicks – satisfying tenants, property managers, and agencies. Our automated simplified solution ensures that commercial and residential clients purchase and maintain their insurance.
Summary:
The individual will become part of the team, working directly with a US client and providing them with support and data operations services. This role requires a basic understanding of customer service and operations and the ability to meet work requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer queries are handled promptly via different channels.
- Switch between tasks as required and handle high volumes.
- Provide accurate responses to customer queries.
- Maintain quality and compliance at all times.
- Utilize portals to review queries and documents.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Comfortable working in US Eastern hours.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
- Dependable and proactive in communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
