About the Team: The Team is a cutting-edge insurance technology company that provides cost-effective property coverage with just a few clicks, satisfying tenants, property managers, and agencies.
Summary: The individual will work directly with a US client, handling support and data operations services for a leading property insurance company in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries promptly via phone, email, and admin portal.
- Manage tasks effectively, even in high volumes.
- Provide accurate responses to customer queries following SOPs.
- Maintain quality and compliance standards at all times.
- Utilize various portals for query review and action-taking.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in US-based customer service or similar role.
- Comfortable working in US Eastern hours (6 PM – 3 AM PKT).
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
- Dependable, willing to go the extra mile to fulfill requirements.
- Proactive in communication and team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
