Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Manager to lead our Startup Store’s Network operations. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for operational efficiency and profitability.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking merchandise.
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and training for excellent customer service.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across departments for initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and address operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
