Job Description
Devsinc is looking for a dynamic Business Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our clients’ business success by understanding their needs, providing top-notch customer service, and achieving key business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong client relationships to grasp their business objectives
- Offer strategic guidance, showcasing industry expertise
- Work with diverse teams to deliver tailored solutions

- Report on key metrics, emphasizing achievements and areas for enhancement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of client-facing or account management experience
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Understanding of business needs and strategy implementation
- Experience in tech or software industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive and results-focused approach
