Job Description
Interacting with the business team / stakeholders to understand business needs
Development of Business Requirements Specifications / Software Specifications Requirements Document
Building prototype / storyboarding based on the business requirements gathered from clients
Developing swim lane diagram to understand end-to-end business process
Participating in solution architecture and assisting Technical Writers to develop System Specifications and Design
Assisting Technical Writers to build installation guide, online help, technical manuals
Participating in UAT process to deliver the required Application to Client
Documenting business requirements and developing process flows through means such as functional requirements specifications, use cases, and user interface mockups
Developing requirements specifications that are comprehensive in coverage and understandable by both business and technical audiences
Working directly with the software developers to turn the business requirements into technical requirements
Managing multiple projects and project plans simultaneously
Train system users on new functionalities
Ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes
