Role Description: Full-time position as Business Unit Head in Muzaffargarh. Oversee branch operations, drive growth, manage the team, and ensure exceptional customer service. Develop strategies, lead sales and marketing, and maintain compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance/financial services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop business strategies
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of Shari’ah Compliant products
- Understanding of regulatory compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
