Job Description
Brickclay seeks a results-oriented Business Development Associate to secure projects on Upwork and generate qualified leads via LinkedIn and email.
- Responsibilities: daily Upwork bidding with customized proposals; LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups; cold and warm email campaigns; maintain a consistent sales pipeline; track leads and conversions; coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, compelling pitches.
- Requirements: proven lead-generation track record, strong Upwork bidding experience, excellent written English, hands-on LinkedIn outreach skills, and basic knowledge of email marketing and funnels.
- Details: Full-time, in-person role. Compensation: Rs60,00–Rs70,00 per month.
