Job Description

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement
- Hands-on experience of SAP and Ariba preferable
- Strong Analytical & Communication skills
- Good knowledge of procurement, negotiation, commercial understanding, and cost breakdown
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing RFQs against all PRs (Materials & Services) in a timely manner, adhering to Procurement procedures and policies
- Evaluate PRs for complete specifications and information, collaborating with the user department in case of incomplete details
- Prepare comparative analyses against technically qualified vendors and share them with the Procurement Lead
- Conduct market research and evaluate new vendors, especially in the local market (Baluchistan)
- Register new vendors in Ariba
- Create purchase orders (POs) in SAP
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery
- Compile PR and PO delivery status reports and share them with management
- Actively coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors
