Job Description
The purpose of this position is to manage foreign and local procurement of assigned Plants by ensuring high-quality and cost-efficient purchases with on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Fetch purchase requisitions and generate RFQs to relevant suppliers based on sourcing strategy.
- Arrange quotations, make comparative statements, and align with EU requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms with bidders for optimum price and quality products.
- Support sourcing managers in finalizing approval notes and purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and coordination with finance for financial instruments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant supply chain experience.
