Job Description
1. Design and maintain all vendor reports and evaluate all issues and assist to prepare all data reports for all purchasing system and manage all buying trends.
2. Coordinate with supervisor and maintain all spreadsheets.
3. Evaluate all purchase orders and ensure accuracy and coordinate with the vendors for timely deliveries.
4. Monitor all inventory level and maintain all demand sheets with strong coordination with operations.
5. Ensure displays of new articles and maintain catalogues.
6. Accompany the buyer on buying trips and maintain all buying records with pictures.
7. Visit stores on a regular basis and maintain damages or vendor returns.
