Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is currently in search of experienced Cab Dispatchers with at least 1 year of dispatch operations experience, preferably within the transportation industry. We are committed to hiring detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign cabs to incoming ride requests.
- Organize driver routes and schedules efficiently.
- Maintain clear communication with drivers and customers.
- Accurately record trip details.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries.
