Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and professional Taxi Operator/ Dispatcher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving customer calls, booking taxi rides on our dispatch system, and dispatching taxi drivers to pick up passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and provide excellent service.
- Book taxi rides accurately and efficiently.
- Dispatch drivers in a timely manner.
- Monitor service requests and update passengers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Keep accurate records of requests and schedules.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Taxi Operator/Dispatcher preferred.
- Knowledge of UK dispatch systems like Cordic, iCabbi, or Autocab.
- Good communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work on shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
