Job Description
Job Purpose:
Acts as Fly Jinnah’s ambassador; strives to achieve customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image through enhancing the overall customer experience. Cabin Crew ensures passengers’ needs from services to safety are met during the flight cycle.
Experience, Qualifications And Requirements:
- 2 years of CC experience in any airline, 1 year in Sr. Cabin Crew/Cabin Supervisor role preferred.
- Higher Secondary Certificate accepted, Diploma in Travel/ Tourism is a plus.
- Valid Passport and CNIC.
- Familiar with CA regulations, IATA principles, and SOPs.
- Active cabin crew license and training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English, other languages advantageous.
