Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Cafe Manager to oversee the reception, utilize sales software effectively, and manage the overall operations of the cafe including staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards in all aspects of the cafe’s performance. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the profitability of the cafe. Strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
Salary: $32,00 per year.
