Job Description
We are hiring for a Calibration Coordinator in the Operations department at ibex digital. The role involves handling call reviews, escalations, and client calibrations. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Coordinate call reviews and escalations, maintaining logs and sharing reports.
- Communicate with the operations team for escalations and follow-ups.
- Organize client calibrations and track progress session over session.
- Manage calibration invites and communicate any process updates from clients.
- Conduct internal calibrations with QA team and ensure compliance.
- Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, accountability, and proactive behavior.
