Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Agent at Dirix Digital in Karāchi. The Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide excellent customer service, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate records. They will also assist with lead generation and customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
