Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Agent at Hardees Pakistan located in Karachi Division. The Call Agent will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, taking orders, addressing customer concerns, and providing general information about our products and services. The Call Agent will also be responsible for making outbound calls to customers as necessary.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and applications
- Customer service skills, including the ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus
