Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Agents at Weblinx Solution. As a Call Agent, your main responsibility will be handling incoming and outgoing phone calls from customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Making outbound calls to inform customers about our products or services.
- Taking orders, processing payments, and providing accurate information.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills, a friendly and professional phone manner, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
