Job Description
ALGO is currently seeking Call Center Agents to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our clients.
In this role, you will handle inbound calls from customers, address their inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and assist with resolving any issues they may have. You will be responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining customer records in our database. Additionally, you may also make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
The ideal candidate for this position should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
