Job Description
Caps IT Solutions is seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to engage in cold calling to our international clientele across the US, UK, and Australian markets. In this role, you will primarily promote our services in web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling or B2B sales, exceptional English communication skills, and a solid understanding of web/app development and digital marketing practices.
