Job Description
Overview:
Interactive Outsourcing Solutions is seeking experienced and fresh “Call Center Agents” for a US-based campaign. The role involves working with the customer support team to provide prompt and clear solutions via phone. Ideal candidates should be motivated communicators, effective both in teams and independently.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates
- Intermediate (O/A Levels) or higher degree
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job Details:
- Shift: 8pm – 5am (Night Shift)
- Location: North Nazimabad Block I, Karachi
- Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
