Job Description
Interactive Outsourcing Solutions is seeking both experienced and fresh Call Center Agents for a US-based campaign. You will be part of our customer support team, providing prompt and effective solutions via phone calls. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be motivated, and excel in teamwork as well as independent tasks.
Qualifications include an Intermediate degree or higher. Responsibilities include understanding client needs and addressing inquiries while adhering to work regulations. The full-time position offers night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM in North Nazimabad, Karachi, with a monthly salary of Rs35,00 – Rs70,00.
