Job Description
Muasa Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our vibrant team. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain interaction records.
- Meet call targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Previous call center experience preferred. Strong English skills, ability to manage calls under pressure, computer proficiency, and a professional attitude are essential. Working hours: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
