Job Description
IAServices is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketing / Call Center Agent to become a vital part of our new outbound call center team. In this role, you will be tasked with cold calling and generating leads across the USA. Successful candidates must be willing to work from our office situated in Garden Town, Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Conduct international cold calls to generate business.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and monitor performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an international call center environment.
- Proficient in spoken English.
