Job Description
We are looking to fill the position of Call Center Agent – Outbound Specialist at our thriving company, Naseeb Online Services (Pvt) Ltd – ROZEE.PK. As an Outbound Specialist, you will be responsible for making proactive calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing sales.
Key responsibilities include initiating outbound calls, following call scripts, building rapport with customers, and achieving sales targets. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required as training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are target-driven.
