Job Description
Riz Solutions, based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a reputable UK-based Taxi Company. Please note: This is an in-office position in Soan Gardens; remote work is not an option.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and manage taxi bookings.
- Input booking details accurately.
- Provide pricing and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Distribute jobs promptly.
Requirements: Applicants must be fluent in English, possess a minimum of 2 years of call center experience—preferably in taxi booking—and exhibit strong problem-solving abilities.
