Job Description
Sybrid Lahore is seeking dedicated and professional Call Center Agents to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering calls professionally
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders and applications
- Identifying and escalating priority issues
- Coordinating with relevant departments
- Generating and following up on business leads
- Completing additional tasks assigned by your manager
This full-time position offers a salary of PKR 32,00 – 35,00 per month, with benefits after six months.
