Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Checking eligibility, claims, and benefit verification of patients through calls and web portals of insurance companies.
- Preparing, reviewing, and transmitting claims using billing software if required.
- Resolving objections from insurance companies and monitoring the status of each insurance claim.
- Payment posting (EOB/ERA) if necessary.
- Editing documents such as Super Bills and uploading medical reports.
- Preparing periodic reports as per requirement.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum graduation
- Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant field
