Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Customer Service Representative at Tekboox in Lahore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

– Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills

– Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy

– Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

– Experience in a customer service role is a plus

– Fluency in English and Urdu languages

– Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
