Job Description
Answer incoming calls from customers to handle inquiries, complaints, and provide information with great communication skills and a pleasing personality.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and emails
- Handle customer inquiries
- Research information
- Resolve complaints
- Provide product information
- Update customer data
- Process orders
- Escalate priority issues
- Follow up on calls
- Document call information
- Produce call reports
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in computer applications
- Language proficiency required
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Some experience in call center or customer service
- Data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of administrative processes
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, preferred graduates
Salary:
Basic Rs. 35,00/ plus incentives up to Rs. 45,00/. P/F, medical insurance & annual leave.
