Job Description
Rise Business Solutions is seeking a Call Center Executive to join our U.S. Business Development team. The role involves making outbound calls, cultivating client relationships, conducting market research, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
- Requirements: fluent spoken and written English; strong problem-solving ability and persuasive communication; self-motivated; experience in sales or customer service/telephone sales; professional email etiquette; basic proficiency with softphones and CRM systems.
- Compensation: Rs30,00–50,00/month plus commission, paid leave, holidays, and annual reviews.
- Shift: 5:00 PM–2:00 AM. Full-time, on-site.
