Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Manager role at Metro City Lahore. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our call center operations. The Call Center Manager is expected to lead the call center team to provide excellent customer service, to achieve our call center metrics, and to foster a team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Customer satisfaction oriented with experience achieving customer-centric KPIs
- Experience managing contact center operations in high-growth environments
- Analytical skills with experience monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on call center metrics
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills with experience communicating with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement new process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
