Job Description
Mars BPO seeks a proactive Call Center Operator to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product and service inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales and lead generation. Open to fresh graduates and experienced agents.
- Shift: 6:30 PM–5:00 AM; Location: In-person — 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi.
- Salary: PKR 35,00–45,00/month plus performance incentives; training, career progression, and recognition provided.
- Requirements: intermediate education (bachelor’s preferred), strong English and local language communication, customer focus, basic MS Office, and target-driven attitude.
