Job Description
SAPH Solutions is seeking a Male Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative to join our team. This role involves confirming customer orders, verifying shipping addresses, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders and verify shipping addresses.
- Provide professional customer support.
- Handle customer objections.
- Track shipments for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate order records.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, customer service experience, basic Excel skills, and fluency in English and Urdu.
Contract Length: 12 months | Pay: Rs15,00 – Rs20,00 per month | Work Location: In person | Application Deadline: 22/02/2025
