Job Description
SAPH Solutions is looking for a Male Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth order processing through customer calls for order confirmation and address verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm COD orders and verify addresses.
- Provide professional customer support and handle objections.
- Reduce return rates and maintain order records using Excel.
Requirements: Excellent communication, customer service experience, basic data entry skills, fluent in English and Urdu.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresher. Pay: Rs15,00 – Rs20,00/month.
